In this role, you won't just "run ceremonies"—you will shape and scale the agile framework for an organization currently pioneering the use of Technical AI and cutting-edge digital technologies.
The Role
As a core pillar of the transformation journey, you will be dedicated to supporting functional squads. Your mission is to remove roadblocks, visualize the path to delivery, and ensure the team remains laser-focused on high-value outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Facilitation: Lead and optimize all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Roadmap Visualization: Create high-transparency dashboards in Jira to visualize the product roadmap and provide clear, data-driven delivery timelines.
Problem Solving & Execution: Proactively identify and resolve team-level issues, ensuring the squads maintain a steady, high-velocity forward motion.
PO Partnership: Work in lock-step with Product Owners and the Product Team to ensure Agile principles are translated into tangible business outcomes.
Agile Advocacy: Act as a key essential to the agile community, helping to shape and scale the framework as the organization evolves.

Technical & Professional Requirements
Expert proficiency in Jira and related agile tooling.
Excellent communication skills in English. (Cantonese is an advantage but not mandatory).
Proven experience in managing delivery timelines and visualizing "When it will be delivered."
