Responsibilities:

1. Web3 Crypto Exchange Development:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a cutting-edge web3 crypto exchange platform.

• Utilize your past experience with web3 crypto exchange projects to implement scalable and secure trading solutions.

2. Trading Technologies:

• Leverage your familiarity with trading technologies to enhance the functionality and performance of the crypto exchange platform.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in trading algorithms, order-matching engines, and other relevant technologies.

3. Web3 Enthusiast:

• Demonstrate a genuine interest and active involvement in the web3 space, contributing to the broader blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) community.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends, protocols, and technologies in the web3 ecosystem.

4. Backend Development:

• Apply your backend development skills, with a preference for Rust, to build robust and efficient components of the crypto exchange infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the backend with other components of the exchange platform.

5. Experience Range:

• Candidates with 2-8 years of relevant experience in web3 crypto exchange development are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in designing and building web3 crypto exchange platforms.

• Familiarity with trading technologies, including order matching engines, liquidity management, and risk management.

• Passion for the web3 space, demonstrated through personal projects or contributions to the blockchain community.

• Proficiency in at least one backend language; Rust is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
