Responsibilities:
Lead a team of frontend developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to create seamless user experiences
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and provide regular project updates.
Develop and implement best practices for frontend development, including coding standards and quality assurance processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improving our frontend development practices
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience as a developer, with a strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team of developers
Solid knowledge of frontend frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular or React Native
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and delivering high-performing frontend solutions
Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a big plus
