Our client, a leading insurance group, is looking for a Testing Manager to oversee testing activities for their large technology delivery, specifically focusing on sales compensation systems.

Requirements:
Drive the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, leveraging both manual and automated testing methodologies
Prepare test plans for an insurance application based on test requirements
Work with the key business and technology stakeholders in building the required testing strategy and framework.
Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams, such as IT and actuarial, to resolve any testing issues or conflicts
Manage and lead the testing teams in building test plans, testing scripts, and test reports.
Manage testing resources across the firm, including in-house testing teams, contractors, external vendors, and offshore resources.

Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 6 years experience in software quality assurance, including test case design, and data testing in functional testing projects.
Strong understanding of QA including SAT, and UAT.
Experience with at least one hybrid automation modern test framework.
Experience with various test methods, tools, and toolkits: Functional, Automated, and Performance.
Hands-on working experience in managing test plans, test cases, and setting up testing frameworks using tools such as Rally, JIRA
Experience in the insurance industry is a must.
Strong working experience in an Agile / DevOps environment.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
