The Role, Responsibilities, and Landscape: As a QA Engineer embedded in the AI & Innovation team, you will move beyond standard application testing to pioneer quality assurance for advanced AI platforms. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Designing and implementing QA solutions and AI governance frameworks to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of AI applications.

• Working intimately with data scientists and AI engineers to safely integrate Generative-AI models (including LLMs and RAG) into production environments.

• Maintaining and developing full-stack web applications to ensure high performance and scalability.

• Designing robust CI/CD pipelines incorporating automated testing, security scanning, and seamless deployments across multiple environments.

• Diagnosing production issues through rigorous root-cause analysis to continuously improve system reliability.

• Ensuring comprehensive documentation of test plans, APIs, and architectures to maintain audit readiness.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a directly related technical field.

• 4+ years of robust, hands-on experience in QA testing and automation tooling.

• Mandatory proficiency in modern test frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium , alongside test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).

• Strict requirement for experience across the following stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

• Proven capabilities in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).

• A solid grasp of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes orchestration.

• Highly Advantageous: Exposure to AI governance assessments, AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, Promptfoo, LangSmith) , and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
