The Role & Landscape: As a QA / UAT Test Analyst, you will be the gatekeeper of quality for high-visibility digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional Agile delivery teams to ensure that complex mobile features and automation workflows meet strict business and experiential requirements.

  • Translate complex user stories and business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

  • Execute rigorous functional, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing across various digital and mobile channels.

  • Identify, meticulously document, and track defects, partnering directly with engineering and delivery teams to ensure rapid resolution.

  • Orchestrate test planning, data preparation, and execution within fast-paced Agile release cycles.

  • Coordinate extensively with business users to facilitate UAT cycles, ensuring total sign-off readiness.

  • Safeguard the production environment by ensuring system changes adhere to strict financial compliance and control requirements.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Testing, with a heavy emphasis on UAT and digital/mobile application testing.

  • Mandatory: Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) alongside professional English, to effectively bridge the gap between local business stakeholders and international technical teams.

  • Extensive experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment, supporting sprint planning and continuous delivery.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to provide clear status updates, test metrics, and actionable quality insights to senior stakeholders.

  • A proactive mindset geared towards driving continuous improvement in test coverage and identifying automation opportunities.

  • Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech sectors is highly advantageous.
