Project Manager Data &AI (Leading Financial Institution) - J12572

Our client, a leading bank, is seeking a high-caliber Data Solutions and AI Project Manager to spearhead the next generation of intelligent banking. We aren't looking for a passive executor; we want a proactive, critical-thinking Product Owner and Architect who can seamlessly translate complex business bottlenecks into streamlined, production-ready Generative AI workflows. 

Key Job Duties

• Translate complex banking problems into technical AI specifications; explain technical constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Manage the full AI product lifecycle (SDLC) from Proof of Concept (PoC) to secure production deployment.

• Architect scalable, maintainable, and highly secure backend AI solution blueprints in close collaboration with data scientists and engineers. 

• Design, build, and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications into existing banking infrastructure.

• Apply advanced prompt engineering to optimize model outputs and build/consume RESTful APIs to connect backend AI services with UIs.

• Support business case development for AI use cases to ensure high ROI and measurable benefits for the bank.

• Ensure all AI and data solutions strictly comply with internal data governance, security policies, and financial regulations.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Science, Business Analytics, or FinTech within the financial services sector.

• Proven experience successfully shipping GenAI or machine learning projects to production.

• Strong proficiency in Python, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (GCP/Vertex AI preferred).

• Deep understanding of prompt engineering strategies and optimization of LLMs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or a related quantitative field.

• Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, and the ability to deliver under pressure.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
