Project Manager AI Transformation and Digital Solution (Financial Institution) - J12573

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our client's AI transformation and data solutions team. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, including data scientists, and technology partners.

You will identify, design, and deliver impactful initiatives using Generative AI and automation to enhance efficiency and optimize processes. Additionally, you'll manage the implementation of AI and data initiatives, ensuring effective communication among business units, technical teams, and key stakeholders to achieve measurable results.

• Collaborate on the development of business cases for AI applications that demonstrate a strong return on investment (ROI).

• Assist in the creation and implementation of AI and data solutions that provide substantial benefits.

• Ensure that financial performance metrics are met and that anticipated benefits are realized.

• Deliver timely, high-quality data solutions to internal stakeholders.

• Drive strategies to identify new market opportunities and promote innovation.

• Oversee the entire solution design process, defining specifications and requirements.

• Adopt best practices in managing the AI and data project lifecycle while providing constructive feedback to enhance relevant policies and governance.

• Lead the end-to-end solution design process, defining functional, technical, and control requirements.

• Develop scalable and secure solution frameworks in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of AI and data projects, including timelines, budgets, and risk management.

• Implement industry best practices in project management for AI and data initiatives, contributing to ongoing governance improvements.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with IT and data science teams to effectively implement AI and data solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a comparable field.

• Deep understanding of GenAI models combined with practical experience in successfully deploying AI-powered solutions within a corporate environment.

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in data and analytics, specializing in managing AI/ML and complex data solutions within financial services or Fintech sectors. 

• Expertise in data modeling methodologies, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

• Familiarity with leading data management practices and the capability to convert data insights into business value.

• Comprehensive knowledge of banking business and operational models, along with a thorough understanding of the local regulatory landscape.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, along with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (including supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, and Generative AI) as well as data engineering and cloud platforms (particularly Google Cloud Platform).
