The Role & Landscape: Sitting within a high-performing executive transformation group, you will move beyond operational tracking to become a strategic enabler for senior leadership. This role is heavily focused on programme-level governance, high-stakes reporting, and elite stakeholder management.

• Programme Governance: Oversee and steer large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategic objectives.

• Executive Reporting & Storytelling: Design, synthesize, and deliver high-impact management reporting, executive dashboards, and Steering Committee (SteerCo) presentations that translate complex data into actionable business narratives.

• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary conduit between the transformation delivery teams and senior business leaders. You will actively manage expectations, influence outcomes, and drive consensus across a highly matrixed, regional landscape.

• Complex Delivery Oversight: Navigate the intricacies of a massive programme lifecycle, proactively identifying systemic risks, resolving cross-functional bottlenecks, and ensuring rigorous governance standards are upheld at the highest levels.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Programme Management, Executive PMO, or Management Consulting. Big 4 advisory consultants with banking engagement experience are highly encouraged to apply.

• Scale & Complexity: A demonstrable track record of supporting or managing large-scale, complex transformation projects, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.

• Reporting Mastery: Exceptional capability in management reporting. You must be a "PowerPoint wizard" who can distill vast amounts of programme data into polished, executive-ready presentations.

• Stakeholder Influence: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to push back, advise, and present to Managing Directors and C-level executives.

• Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills in English are absolutely mandatory to succeed in this presentation-heavy role. Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is highly advantageous for regional alignment.
