Production and Operation IT Associate - Global Bank

Our client is a global international bank serving millions of customers worldwide. They are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production and Operation IT Associate to join the regional IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the production and operation systems that drive the banking operations. They will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure stability, availability, and performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production and operation systems

• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements

• Document system configurations, procedures, and processes for knowledge sharing

• Conduct regular audits and reviews of production systems to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards

• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing

• Provide technical support and assistance to users and stakeholders as needed

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in the production and operation of IT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, production, or operations

• Proficiency in operating systems, network protocols, and database management

• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
