Product Owner - Leading Life Insurance Company

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of the Life Insurance Operation Platform for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving the strategic direction of our platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization and our customers. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop roadmaps, and deliver on key initiatives. The Product Owner will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, optimizing processes, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our life insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision and roadmap for the Life Insurance Operation Platform

• Gather and prioritize requirements based on business needs and customer feedback

• Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality product features and enhancements

• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the platform

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive offerings

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Drive continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and innovation

• Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the Life Insurance Operation Platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the life insurance industry

• Strong knowledge of life insurance operations and industry best practices

• Proven track record of delivering successful software products or platforms

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus
