Join a leading global financial services firm within their Wealth Management business. We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Product Owner to manage the transformation agenda and develop solutions for our client platforms. This is a delivery-focused role for a builder who owns the product, not a PMO.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Transformation: Facilitate the development of strategic and tactical solutions specifically for clients' onboarding and maintenance platforms.
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and requirement analysis to UAT management and implementation support.
Hands-On Execution: Go beyond high-level tracking; actively prepare user stories, determine workflows, and define business needs with stakeholders.
Delivery & Strategy: Oversee transformation strategy while ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, proactively managing resource conflicts and expectations to solve issues before they need escalation.
Requirements
Experience: 7–10 years in project management or product development, preferably within Retail/Private Banking or Wealth Management.
Domain Knowledge: Strong preference for experience in Client Onboarding, KYC & AML, or Client Lifecycle Management.
Technical Aptitude: Must be a "big picture thinker" who can also speak to technical details. Experience with data analysis and Agile/Design Thinking is a significant plus.
Mindset: Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure. We need a candidate who can drive execution, not just report on status.
