About the Client: Our client is a highly prestigious and influential financial institution based in Hong Kong. They are currently embarking on a massive, multi-year digitalisation programme. By heavily investing in their innovation capabilities, they are modernising their core infrastructure and exploring next-generation technologies to maintain a world-class financial and technological ecosystem.

The Role & Landscape:

• You will own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and ongoing optimization for a modern AI-assisted development platform.

• You will drive cutting-edge Digital Twin initiatives from pilot to production, ensuring data integration and operational readiness.

• Your responsibilities include managing the innovation pipeline end-to-end, conducting horizon scanning, and partnering with engineering to scale successful prototypes.

• You will translate complex business objectives into clear product requirements, user journeys, and measurable success metrics.

• You will lead feasibility assessments and Proof of Concepts (POCs), establishing strict evaluation criteria and making strategic go/no-go recommendations.

• You will coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, security, risk/compliance, operations, and business stakeholders.

• You will manage external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality, cost-effective outcomes governed by strict SLAs.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 6+ years of experience in product management or product-owner roles within a technology-driven, enterprise-scale environment.

• Strong, hands-on experience driving AI/ML-enabled products, specifically with exposure to SDLC tooling (e.g., CI/CD, coding assistants, IDE integrations).

• A strong architectural understanding of hybrid cloud environments and data acquisition technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver products from discovery and POC stages into full production.

• Exposure to Digital Twin or industrial data platforms is considered a highly valuable advantage.

• Solid delivery discipline and project execution experience, preferably utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proven vendor management capabilities, including onboarding, evaluation, and delivery governance.
