What You'll Do

As the Principal Network & Infrastructure Architect, you will be the ultimate design authority, responsible for creating and governing the master plan for all underlying technology.

• Architect the Enterprise Network: Design and govern the complete network architecture, including data center networks, WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security infrastructure. Your designs will be the bedrock of the company's performance and stability.

• Design Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions: Create and maintain the architecture for compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and hybrid cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration with the network core.

• Establish Standards and Governance: Develop and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and governance processes using frameworks like TOGAF to ensure consistency, security, and quality across all projects.

• Drive Automation and Modernization: Champion the adoption of modern practices like Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible and Terraform, and drive the strategy for container platforms like Kubernetes.

• Lead and Collaborate: Act as the senior technical advisor to leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders. You will guide, mentor, and collaborate across the organization to ensure your architectural vision is realized.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a strategic thinker with deep and broad technical expertise.

• Extensive Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture, with a proven track record of designing large-scale, mission-critical environments.

• Deep Network Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF), data center networking (Spine-Leaf), and network security (Firewalls, NAC, Segmentation).

• Hands-on experience with leading network vendors (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto).

• Professional certifications like CCIE/CCDE are highly desirable.

• Broad Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong experience across server hardware, storage systems (SAN, NAS, HCI), virtualization (VMware), and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Automation & DevOps Mindset: Proven experience with automation/IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).

• Strategic Leadership: Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (TOGAF), excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior management and technical teams.
