Our client, a leading global logistics company, is embarking on a new initiative to build and enhance their data platform. They are currently seeking a highly experienced PMO Manager to join their rapidly expanding data team. Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of data projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop and maintain project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Manage and prioritize the portfolio of data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Track project performance, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize data collection, integration, storage, and retrieval processes, fostering data quality and consistency across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data projects, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex data projects is a plus
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software, such as MS Project, JIRA, and Agile frameworks.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
