We are seeking a Technology Portfolio Management Office Manager focusing on content. This role involves leading the oversight and management of project management office contents, playing a key role in driving project efficiency, aligning with strategic organizational objectives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and contributing to success by delivering projects that yield tangible benefits.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage PMO content, including guidelines, portal, and templates.

  • Drive project efficiency and alignment with strategic organizational objectives.

  • Foster a culture of excellence in project execution.

  • Deliver projects that yield tangible benefits and adhere to industry-leading standards.

  • Define and enforce consistent project management standards across projects.

  • Ensure projects adhere to established governance frameworks and compliance standards.

  • Create educational content to inform stakeholders about our governance and best practices.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, AGILEPM, or other relevant certifications like ITIL, AGILE, COBIT, and LEAN.

  • Strong skills in content and graphic design, PPT design, training video creation, and/or UI/UX.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in project management.

  • Sound understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and their practical application.

  • Proficiency in design techniques, such as graphics, videos, UI/UX, and web portals.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

  • Exceptional decision-making skills, capable of making informed decisions, and balancing risks and benefits while considering the broader organizational impact.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A commitment to continuous improvement, staying updated with industry trends, adapting methodologies, and refining best practices for project management excellence
