The Role & Technical Landscape: This is a high-visibility, dual-impact role where execution meets strategy. As the PMO and Programme Delivery Executive, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from initiation to benefits realization.

  • Designing, scaling, and embedding the frameworks, playbooks, and standards for the enterprise PMO.

  • Navigating a highly matrixed environment to build consensus across regional counterparts and external vendors.

  • Leveraging project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Planview) to oversee capacity planning, delivery feasibility, and risk mitigation.

  • Providing senior leadership with transparent insights and objective analysis for portfolio prioritization.

  • Championing structured change management to ensure programme outputs translate into tangible business value and sustainable post-implementation success.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 10+ years in programme/project management, leading complex transformation initiatives within regulated industries (Financial Services/Insurance preferred).

  • PMO Mastery: Proven track record of designing, scaling, and embedding enterprise-grade PMO processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks to enhance execution speed.

  • Commercial Acumen: Deep expertise in business case development, benefits realization, and providing objective analysis for portfolio prioritization.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus across regional counterparts, and deliver high-impact executive presentations.

  • Technical Tooling: Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Planview, coupled with strong data analysis capabilities (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Certifications & Background: Professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2) are highly preferred. Prior experience in a top-tier management consultancy is a significant advantage.
