My client is a prominent insurance and financial services provider in Asia. They are seeking a PMO Analyst to ensure projects are efficient, on budget, and on schedule. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing project data, and generating reports. Success requires strong analytical skills and effective communication with team members, management, and clients to address business needs through excellent project management.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
Facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Support the implementation of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize project delivery.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role with transferable skills.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, as well as experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for creating dashboards and reports.
Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar project management role, preferably within an IT or digital environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
