The Role & Landscape: Sitting within a high-performing transformation group, you will play a critical role in steering complex projects to success. This is not a back-office administrative role; it is a highly visible position requiring strategic oversight and rigorous execution.

• Project Governance: Establish, maintain, and enforce robust project governance frameworks across multiple workstreams to ensure flawless execution.

• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and resources are optimized.

• Change Management: Champion change management principles, facilitating smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes across business units.

• Tool Championing: Utilize modern project management tools, acting as a power-user for Jira and Confluence to track deliverables, sprint progress, and executive reporting.

• Stakeholder Matrixing: Act as the central communication hub, translating complex project statuses into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Project Management, PMO, or Business Analysis.

• Domain Expertise: A proven track record within the Banking or Financial Services sector is highly preferred.

• Technical Acumen: Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern Agile project management tools (specifically Jira and Confluence).

• Methodology: A solid grasp of project lifecycles, rigorous governance standards, and change management principles.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking capabilities, paired with a razor-sharp attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Linguistics: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable to liaise with regional stakeholders.
