The company is seeking to hire a PMO for the Information Technology department, specifically in the area of Business and Portfolio Management. The position is primarily involved in managing IT project portfolios, leading business process improvements, and overseeing activities for improving digital literacy within the company.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of IT project portfolios, including project execution plans, resource allocation, and IT asset inventory
Take charge of reviewing, re-engineering, and standardising business processes
Manage and track financial resources, ensuring the budget is utilized appropriately
Coordinate with Team Heads to ensure proper project data updates and integrity.
Analyse portfolio performance data, identifying areas where improvements can be made
Prepare and deliver high-quality communication materials to both internal and external stakeholders in a timely fashion

Requirements:
A university degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related fields
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferably in IT procurement, portfolio management, and/or business process transformation
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
A proven track record in driving alignment between IT and business functions, and creating value
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese
