Our client, a leading enterprise with a large employee base, is looking for a strong Technical Programme manager to manage their Peoplesoft HCM ongoing delivery and support. The selected candidate will be managing Peoplesoft Technology across a large environment. Perm Position.
Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing technology management and support of Peoplesoft HCM systems, Rostering and Time Management and other HCM-related technology.
Lead the technical teams, BA and Project team to provide the end-to-end execution of the projects.
Manage projects including major integrations and changes on HCM systems.
Liaise and communicate with various stakeholders including HR, Business, Finance, Operations, etc.
Identify potential project risks and define the right mitigation strategy.
Manage the project budget, and cost management according to internal business management rules.
Work with senior management on communications, project updates, and escalation.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in hands-on technology and project management including software development, system integration, system design, and architecture design in an enterprise environment.
Excellent understanding of HCM systems such as Peoplesoft HCM or SuccessFactors and Employee Rostering systems such as Kronos.
Extensive project management skills in planning, budgeting, tracking, status reporting, stakeholder management, etc.
Good understanding of HR & payroll practices, ideally with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance understanding.
Experience in leading a sizeable technical team on technical development and implementation.
PMP, Prince2, and/or Agile Cert are preferred.
Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese) written and spoken communication.
Bachelor in IT and/or Business Management from a reputable University.
