Responsibilities
Develop and maintain PEGA-based applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations for process improvements
Conduct unit testing and support integration testing efforts to ensure software quality and functionality
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PEGA technology, recommending best practices for system development and implementation

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong experience in PEGA application development, including designing and implementing PEGA workflows, user interfaces, and integration services
Proficient in PEGA PRPC version 7.x or above, with hands-on experience in PEGA rules, decisions, and case management
Certified System Architect (CSA)/ Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) - issued by PEGA System
Open to overseas candidates who are willing to move to HK
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.
