PEGA Developer- Leading Financial Institution in HK

Our client, a top-tier financial institution, is looking for a strong PEGA developer to join the fast-growing team in HK and establish greenfield PEGA CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PEGA-based applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations for process improvements

• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing efforts to ensure software quality and functionality

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PEGA technology, recommending best practices for system development and implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Strong experience in PEGA application development, including designing and implementing PEGA workflows, user interfaces, and integration services

• Proficient in PEGA PRPC version 7.x or above, with hands-on experience in PEGA rules, decisions, and case management

• Certified System Architect (CSA)/ Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) - issued by PEGA System

• Open to overseas candidates who are willing to move to HK

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.
