Our client is a leading enterprise with a large employee population in Hong Kong, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Tech Manager to join their corporate systems division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) technology initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of the HCM systems to support the business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions to enhance efficiency and drive business value.

  • Develop and maintain integrated solutions that enable seamless data flow between Oracle HCM modules and other systems within the organization.

  • Manage a team of technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify system gaps, and recommend effective solutions to support business processes.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Oracle HCM technology to drive continuous organizational improvement and innovation.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a learning and professional growth culture.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM technology implementation and management.

  • Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.

  • Hands-on development experience in PeopleTool, Oracle DB, .Net framework, C#, MVC, MS SQL, and other open-source software, etc. 

  • Experience in hands-on project and vendor management.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM technology are a plus.
