Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant - Leading IT Consultancy

Our client, a leading IT consultancy, is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for a global retailer. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and have a proven track record of delivering successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and others as needed.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective HCM solutions tailored to the retail sector.

• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications to align with business needs and industry best practices.

• Offer expert guidance on HCM processes, recommending enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

• Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.

• Support change management initiatives by preparing documentation and providing ongoing support post-implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Oracle Cloud HCM.

• At least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud in any of the functional modules: Core HR, ORC, Absence, Performance, or Learning.

• Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices, particularly within a retail environment.

• Experience with BI/OTBI reports, HCM extracts, Fast Formula, and HDL/HSDL.

• Comfortable with process flows and functional flows in Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Expert in understanding business requirements and using standard Oracle solution documentation templates.

• Familiar with Oracle HCM Cloud technical tools, including Component Processor, HCM Design Studio, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, and Workflow.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to document and explain solutions clearly and effectively.
