Node.JS / ReactJS Fullstack Software Engineer - Financial Technology

Our client, a leading financial institution, with international culture, is looking for a Software Engineer with Node.JS and React.JS experience to implement various new initiatives in the financial services space. This role would also require full-stack development including frontend on ReactJS as well as building API development. Great opportunity and challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-stack financial applications across development, implementations, and support.

• Provide hands-on technology development on Java-based Technology, Node.JS, and Javascript.

• Lead the solution design and technical details for the applications.

• Migrate legacy web applications into modern web frameworks

• Work with highly skilled developers, BAs, and QAs.

• Responsible for the technical design and development across Front to Back. Manage database structures and design.

• Work with various IT teams including Security, Infra & Cloud, Operations, and Architecture in aligning the application solutions.

Requirements:

• Around 5+ years of hands-on development experience.

• Hands-on experience in Java, Node.js, and JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience in modern JS frameworks, such as React JS.

• Hands-on experience with modern web backend frameworks in Node.js.

• Hands-on experience with Cloud, API, and Microservices technology.

• Strong SDLC experience across software integration, testing, and quality assurance.

• Experience with Agile and CI/CD is a great plus.

• Excellent communications skill in English.

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
