Responsibilities:
Take the lead in defining the overall architecture, design principles, guidelines, standards, and best practices for network technology within the company.
Document the current state of our network infrastructure and conduct infrastructure gap and impact analyses.
Collaborate with IT leaders to define future network architectures and technologies that will enhance our digital capabilities.
Monitor the overall health of our network and provide practical guidance for in-depth performance monitoring.
Provide technical leadership and translate technology into practical business use cases.
Present technology architecture and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
Develop detailed plans to implement new initiatives or improvements to our existing infrastructure, providing technical support throughout the process.
Form cross-functional teams to create optimal architectures aligned with our overall plan.
Collaborate extensively with IT leaders and technical delivery teams to ensure best practices and standards are implemented in operations and projects.
Mentor and guide technical staff in implementing best practices and standards.
Stay up to date with current and emerging technologies, proposing changes as needed.

Technology Competencies and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale network architecture design and implementation.
In-depth technical experience with Cisco ACI, SDN, routing and switching, and firewalls.
Strong knowledge of network high availability design and implementation.
Experience with Hypervisors network connectivity and Cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, Google) is a plus.
Proficient in network monitoring and performance tuning.
Strong network troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience with network automation.
Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in R&S or DC.
