Network Services Tech Lead- Leading Brokerage Firm

Our client, a top-tier brokerage firm, is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to design and deliver robust, scalable network solutions for their mission-critical trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions across on-premise and cloud environments

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders

• Partner with application, security, and risk teams to deliver comprehensive network architectures

• Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, and network modeling to support business growth

• Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including high-level and low-level designs

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee equipment procurement processes

• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation

• Lead multiple concurrent network projects of varying scale and complexity

• Provide escalation support for complex network incidents and operational issues

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

10+ years of network design and implementation experience in large enterprise environments

Hands-on experience with:

• Cisco ACI

• Enterprise networking (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN)

• Network segmentation, firewall policies, and security controls

• Deep understanding of software-defined networking (SDN) concepts and implementations

• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional language skills beneficial

Preferred qualification:

• Cloud network architecture and security

• Professional certifications in network or cloud technologies are preferred
