Network Engineer - Prominent Financial Institution

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer for a forward-thinking financial institution that operates throughout Asia, providing a wide array of secure and efficient financial solutions. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, deployment, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure.

• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues, and ensure optimal performance of network infrastructure.

• Deliver technical assistance and planning for internet, intranet, website, user application systems, system software, and hardware.

• Collaborate with internal users and external vendors to understand user requirements and suggest cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in network administration and support.

• Proficient in working with Switches, Routers, IPS/IDS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and network monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suites, Red Hat Linux, NetApp storage, and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN environments.

• Certifications such as CCNA/ CCNP/ HCIA/ HCIP would be highly preferred

• Excellent English and Cantonese communication skills, both verbal and written.
