Network and Infrastructure Systems Engineer - Global Enterprise

Your Impact

Network Engineering

• Architect and maintain high-performance network infrastructure—LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewalls.

• Configure and optimize network devices (switches, routers, firewalls—especially Palo Alto, wireless APs).

• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.

• Manage firewall policies, VPN configurations (GlobalProtect), and site-to-site connectivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate secure, seamless networking solutions.

• Keep detailed, well-organized documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.

Compute & Cloud

• Maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V).

• Oversee cloud and hybrid computing resources (AWS, Azure, etc.).

• Manage enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and conduct OS patching & performance tuning.

Security Operations

• Implement security controls using firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, DLP, SIEM tools.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and incident response planning.

• Lead proactive security monitoring and compliance enforcement.

Data Center & IT Operations

• Maintain critical data center infrastructure (power, cooling, rack space, cabling).

• Leverage monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds) to oversee system health & performance.

• Ensure data integrity & disaster recovery readiness through backup management (Veeam, Commvault).

• Conduct system audits, regular maintenance, and performance optimizations.

• Ensure compliance with IT operations standards (ITIL framework preferred).

What We’re Looking For

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure & network engineering.

• At least 3 years in system & network administration with strong networking focus.

• Expertise in firewall management, especially Palo Alto Networks & VPN technologies.

• Strong experience across Linux, Windows, AHV, SAN Storage, and public cloud platforms.

• Comfortable working with data center hardware (installation & maintenance).

• Knowledge of ITSM (ITIL), automation, scripting (PowerShell, Shell Script).

• Skilled in troubleshooting Active Directory, Windows & Linux servers.

• Passionate about evaluating and implementing new technologies.

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services and applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Willing to regional travel (APAC) when required.
