Our client, a leading financial, is looking for a Network and Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their technical services team. This role will be supporting a board infrastructure across the firm. Perm Position.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to LAN/WAN networks, servers, firewalls, and network equipment.
Provide helpdesk technical support including desktop computers, software, mobile devices, etc.
Assist with Cyber security project implementations to enhance the internal security infrastructure environment.
Work with other technology teams for new technology solution setup and deployment.
Constantly evaluate the desktop service support model and enhance the service level with suggestions and changes.
Requirements:
Experience in providing helpdesk, network, or server technical support in a professional service field.
Knowledge in managing the internet, firewalls, switches, security tools, VPN and data backup technology, etc.
Experience in supporting Windows OS & TCPIP/IP, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS configuration, and Office365 features.
Experience with end-user desktop technology project management including upgrades, implementation, and change.
Excellent personality in working with various stakeholders.
Excellent communications skill in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or IT-related Discipline is highly preferred.
