Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the business processes, systems, and requirements within the Private Wealth Management division, pertaining to mobile technology.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize mobile technology initiatives that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the business.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications, ensuring they are accurately articulated to the development team.
Work closely with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to provide guidance and clarification on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration of mobile technology solutions.
Perform detailed analysis of existing mobile applications and systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to optimize user experience.
Conduct market research and stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in mobile technology, incorporating relevant insights into future mobile initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings, providing subject matter expertise and contributing to the development of company-wide mobile technology strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate user acceptance testing of new mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user expectations.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and understanding to fully utilize mobile technology solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed mobile applications, identifying areas for enhancement and delivering regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Around 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in mobile technology within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Knowledge of mobile technology platforms and frameworks, as well as experience with mobile application development.
Proficient in requirement gathering, process mapping, and system analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable.
