Mobile/ Web BA/PM, Wealth Management- Leading Brokerage Firm - J12398

Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is launching enterprise-level wealth management trading and workflow digitalization projects. They are looking for experienced technical BA/ PM candidates with web/ mobile development knowledge to join the expanding team.

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Business Analysis

• Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute a product strategy aligned with business growth and evolving regulatory standards.

• Requirement Engineering: Translate complex user needs and market research into detailed PRDs, interactive prototypes, and functional workflows.

• Feature Lifecycle: Manage core features including real-time market data, trading execution, account services, and research tools.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor post-launch KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous product iterations.

End-to-End Project Delivery

• Lifecycle Management: Lead technology projects from initial discovery through to final rollout, ensuring adherence to governance and quality standards.

• Execution & Governance: Manage project scopes, timelines, and cross-functional resources.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact between business units and technical teams, providing transparent reporting and risk escalation.

Technical Solutioning & Implementation

• Architecture Collaboration: Partner with architects to design and optimize secure, high-performance technical solutions.

• Hands-on Contribution: Assist in technical design and occasional development tasks across our stack:

• Mobile: Java/Kotlin (Android) or Swift/Objective-C (iOS).

• Web: JavaScript/TypeScript (Vue.js/React) and Node.js.

• Quality & DevOps: Support CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, and UAT/QA processes to ensure a robust deployment environment.

Requirements

• Background: Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. PMP or Product Owner certifications are highly regarded.

• Experience: 5–10 years in technology delivery within Fintech, Trading, or Wealth Management. More experienced candidates will be considered for the senior product manager role.

• Technical Proficiency: Professional-level coding ability in at least one core language (Java, Kotlin, Swift, or TypeScript/JavaScript).

• Design Skills: Proficient in producing complete PRDs and interactive prototypes using tools like Axure, Visio, or Mockplus.

• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of global market trading operations and the ability to navigate complex business rules under pressure.

• Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin to facilitate collaboration across regional teams.

Technical Deep-Dive (Preferred Skills)

• Mobile Internals: Deep knowledge of Android/iOS memory management, multithreading, and OS internals.

• Cross-Platform: Familiarity with Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform.

• Web Ecosystem: Advanced skills in Vue.js, Node.js integrations, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Emerging Tech: Experience with Web3 frontend integrations or performance optimization for high-frequency data.
