The Role & Landscape:Â As a Market Activation Manager, you will be the linchpin between technology delivery and business realization. You will not just be delivering software; you will be delivering commercial success.
End-to-End GTM Execution: Own and drive the go-to-market planning and execution for major new digital products and service rollouts.
Business Readiness:Â Translate complex technological changes into clear, actionable readiness plans for frontline teams, ensuring they are trained, engaged, and prepared.
Cross-Functional Orchestration:Â Act as the central node coordinating across technology, business, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless, compliant deployments.
Pilot & Adoption Management:Â Run pilot programs, analyze performance data, govern Go/No-Go decisions, and relentlessly track post-launch adoption and benefit realization metrics.

What We Are Looking For:
3 to 8 years of proven experience in financial services, specifically within product management, product marketing, or change delivery.
Demonstrable, hands-on experience executing complex go-to-market strategies or driving business readiness for enterprise rollouts.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a matrixed environment.
A highly structured, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset with a deep understanding of governance and regulatory compliance in banking.
Familiarity with digital product lifecycles and Agile working environments.
Language:Â Fluent English is mandatory; strong proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred to engage effectively with local and regional stakeholders.
