M365 Specialist - Leading Financial Company - J12404

Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a M365 specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage the core Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams.

• Implement and maintain robust identity and access solutions using Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.

• Engineer and support the management of Microsoft 365, Messaging, and Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD).

• Implement and manage Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions to ensure data continuity.

• Ensure system security

• Apply strong problem-solving skills across M365, Messaging, Server, Network, and Storage issues.

• Maintain compliance with IT Security and IT service management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange & SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Intune, VDI / AVD.

• Solid hands-on experience with Cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).

• In-depth knowledge of M365, Messaging, Server, Network, and Storage.

• Expertise in Mobile & Hybrid Infrastructure Architecture.

• Experience with Backup & Disaster Recovery Solution.

• Demonstrated Strong problem-solving, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure or AWS), Virtualization, IT Security, and IT service management skills.

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
