As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions into the business processes. Lead and manage a team of local and offshore technical professionals, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of life insurance products and services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Evaluate technical requirements and feasibility, identifying potential risks and providing recommendations for effective solutions.
Ensure the seamless integration and adoption of technology solutions into business processes, minimizing disruption and enhancing efficiency.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
Extensive experience (8+ years) in life insurance technical delivery, including project management and team leadership.
Solid understanding of life insurance products, systems, and processes, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within agreed-upon timelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex rojects.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, as well as experience with Agile practices.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in life insurance technical delivery.
