About the Client

Our client is a prominent financial market infrastructure organization in Hong Kong. They run critical trading, listing, and market operations platforms. The team operates with high standards around security, reliability, and modern web application architecture, maintaining a steady, multi-year project pipeline.

The Role & Landscape

• Translate complex listing and compliance workflows into clear technical specs, API contracts, and user flows.

• Work closely with internal developers and external vendors to deliver scalable web applications and microservices.

• Drive end-to-end testing, including hands-on UAT execution, to verify system performance, security, and functional quality.

• Mentor junior team members and manage stakeholder expectations across business and IT units.

• Occasional travel to Shenzhen to sync with regional technical partners.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in system analysis or technical business analysis for enterprise-grade web applications.

• Solid technical grounding in microservices, REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and modern web frameworks (SPA).

• Proven experience writing test plans and executing UAT directly on critical business applications.

• Strong background in banking, capital markets, or financial compliance systems.

• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese is an advantage.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
