The Role & Landscape:

As the SAP Architect, you will own the end-to-end system architecture design and planning for major SAP ERP Public Cloud initiatives. You will act as the technical visionary, translating business requirements into robust, cloud-native solutions.

• Architecture Strategy: Define and plan the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overarching business strategy for the retail and F&B divisions.

• Cloud Design & Integration: Architect standardized, scalable SAP ERP Public Cloud solutions, seamlessly integrating them with existing complex retail ecosystems (POS, merchandise management, finance).

• Compliance & Governance: Design secure architecture frameworks that rigorously comply with Hong Kong's local data security and regulatory requirements.

• Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Guide project teams through complex implementations, manage expectations across senior business stakeholders, and drive the adoption of industry best practices.

What We Are Looking For:

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Elite architecture certifications (SAP Certified Enterprise Architect, TOGAF) are highly advantageous.

• Deep Experience: 10+ years of proven system/enterprise architecture design experience, highlighted by a minimum of 3 years specifically driving SAP ERP Public Cloud architecture.

• Domain Expertise: Deep-rooted knowledge of the retail and F&B manufacturing landscape. You must intimately understand core retail processes including sales, inventory, finance, and omnichannel operations.

• Technical Mastery: Master-level knowledge of SAP enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, and enterprise system integration technologies.

• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent in English and highly proficient in Cantonese and/or Mandarin to liaise with local and regional teams.
