Lead RPA BA PM - Leading Brokerage Firm - J12501

Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is looking for a high-caliber RPA Lead with a dual background in technical development and business process analysis. You will work on high-visibility projects that shape the automation roadmap and directly impact the digital transformation journey of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Process Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, validate, and prioritize automation opportunities that align with organizational efficiency goals.

• End-to-End Analysis: Lead the discovery phase by documenting "As-Is" processes and designing optimized "To-Be" workflows.

• Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality functional specifications, Process Definition Documents (PDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

• Solution Development: Architect, build, test, and deploy robust RPA bots using industry-standard platforms.

• System Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between automated bots and core enterprise applications or backend databases.

• Operational Excellence: Manage the full automation lifecycle, including bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high service availability.

• Governance & Standards: Contribute to the establishment of RPA best practices, security protocols, and internal governance frameworks.

Professional Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related technical field.

• Experience: Approximately 10 years of professional experience in Information Technology, specifically within Application Development or Systems Automation.

• Specialization: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, ideally complemented by a background in Business Analysis or Project Management.

• Technical Stack: * Expertise in at least one major RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar enterprise tools).

  • Strong coding proficiency in languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript.

  • Advanced skills in SQL/Database integration and scripting.

• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

• Language: Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support our diverse regional operations.
