The Role & Landscape:

You will take ownership of the organization's AI architecture and delivery, guiding initiatives from proof-of-concept through to enterprise-wide deployment. You will act as a primary counterpart to the Digital Delivery team, ensuring AI solutions integrate smoothly with broader digital products.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI solutions, focusing on customer journey modernization and operational efficiency.

• Drive rapid prototyping and PoC initiatives, translating them into commercial applications with measurable ROI.

• Define the technical roadmap for AI, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals and existing digital initiatives.

• Establish rigorous engineering standards for AI development, deployment (MLOps/LLMOps), and governance.

• Partner closely with regional business units, product owners, and data teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.

What We Are Looking For:

• 12+ years of experience in IT/Software Engineering, with a proven track record leading enterprise-grade AI or data platform implementations.

• Strong hands-on architectural understanding of Python, Java, and REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask).

• Deep practical experience with AWS cloud services (specifically SageMaker and Bedrock).

• Proven expertise with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and databases (PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; ability to influence senior business stakeholders and collaborate effectively with counterpart delivery teams.

• Bonus: Background in the financial services or insurance sector.
