Lead C++ Developer - Proprietary Trading Firm (Relocation)

Our fast-growing proprietary trading client seeks a Lead C++ Developer to join their exchange connectivity team. In this role, you'll be leading a team and be at the forefront of developing and improving low-latency trading systems

What You'll Do

• Lead the way: You will manage a team of highly skilled software developers, guiding projects from start to finish. This includes everything from gathering requirements and analysis to development, testing, and deployment

• Build innovative systems: You'll design and implement complex software systems that meet demanding performance and scalability goals within a dynamic trading environment

• Drive real impact: Your work will directly support our trading process. By integrating sophisticated coding with innovative engineering ideas, you'll optimize systems that process massive amounts of data with exceptional speed and stability

What We're Looking For

• Leadership: Must have a minimum of 3 years working as a lead for a sizeable team

• Technical Expertise:  At least 8 years of experience in hands-on designing and developing applications using C++ on Linux, with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms

• Education Qualification: A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or related discipline is required
