Responsibilities:
Provide second-level helpdesk and end-user technical support across front and back office functions in HK and APAC. Conduct troubleshooting on hardware and software.
Respond to telephone/email / walk-in enquiries for technical support. Provide troubleshooting and resolution.
Hands-on support role across PC / Laptop / Phone / Printer hardware, Desktop & Business Applications, VC & multimedia equipment, and Server & Network troubleshooting.
Server administration, Active Directory (User Accounts and GPOs), and Mailbox administration.
Routine hardware and software maintenance for the end user space.

Requirements:
3 to 5 plus years experience in a Technical Support (End User Support) role, preferably within the banking and finance industry.
Experience in providing technical support for computer hardware (PC, laptop/notebook, mobile & handhelds, VC & multimedia equipment), and software (Windows 10, Microsoft Office, O365 & add-ins, Excel add-ins, etc.)
Experience administering Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server.
Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
