We are searching on behalf of our client for a talented Junior Technical Support Specialist to join their team. In this entry-level role, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to provide exceptional assistance to the client's valued customers. As a Junior Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital part in diagnosing and resolving software product and service issues, while also assisting clients with the installation, configuration, and utilization of applications and programs.

 

Fresh graduates will also be considered.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software product and service problems.

  • Assist clients in the installation, configuration, and utilization of applications and programs.

  • Independently investigate solutions using available tools and resources.

  • Ensure timely response to raised issues by SLAs.

  • Resolve problems directly or escalate them through appropriate channels.

  • Provide phone support and clear, written instructions for complex problems.

  • Collaborate with the technical team manager on existing products and new projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

  • Passion for the IT industry, with confidence and innovation.

  • Positive and can-do attitude, with a technically inquiring mind.

  • Keen interest in technology, programming, and cloud services.

  • Responsible and detail-oriented.

  • Team player with excellent analytical and multitasking skills.

  • Advantageous to have experience in computer programming, relational databases, and Linux.

  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
