Our client, a leading FinTech Group, is building an international operation center in Malaysia to support their global cross-border payment, digital payment, and digital banking expansion. They have over 50Â headcounts from junior Java developers to senior developers and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable, real-time, high throughput, and secure cross-border payment solutions using Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for payment/ digital banking applications.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and stability of the financial systems.
Optimize and enhance existing payment and banking solutions to improve performance and scalability.
Research and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language, Spring/ JUnit framework, Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
Strong communication in English, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
Proficiency in version control systems, unit testing, and continuous integration tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking to resolve complex technical challenges.
