The Role & Landscape

As a Backend Java Specialist, you will join an elite engineering pod dedicated to architecting and scaling mission-critical transaction infrastructures.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices handling millions of concurrent financial records.

• Migrate legacy modules to modern cloud-native environments using Java 17, Spring Boot, and AWS ecosystem tools.

• Optimize event-driven streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka to ensure real-time data consistency and zero message loss.

• Implement end-to-end security protocols, including advanced encryption standards, OAuth authentication, and strict compliance with financial security guidelines.

• Collaborate across distributed global engineering squads within a mature Agile/Scrum framework to deploy features safely and iteratively.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a highly quantitative discipline.

• 3 to 8+ years of commercial experience in enterprise backend software engineering with deep expertise in Core Java (Java 8, 11, or 17+).

• Proven track record with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and designing resilient RESTful APIs under microservices architectures.

• Hands-on experience deploying containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) into public cloud environments, preferably AWS.

• Strong domain experience within transactional systems, clearing/settlement, corporate banking, or digital financial products.

• Professional fluency in English with exceptional technical communication and cross-team coordination skills.
