About the Client:

Our client is a highly structured enterprise organization currently undertaking a sophisticated modernization of their internal IT services. They are investing in top-tier Service Management workflows and discovery tools to optimize their technology infrastructure. The Role & Landscape:

  • You will support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and assign project implementations in both proof of concept (POC) and production deployment phases.

  • You will coordinate with infrastructure teams to set up testing and production environments that interface with ManageEngine, DynaTrace, and ServiceNow ITSM modules.

  • You will actively participate in SIT and UAT testing, ensuring comprehensive issue log tracking for configuration corrections.

  • You will manage daily support requests for Corporate Service IT Systems during the CMDB implementation process.

  • You will perform project logistics, including meeting facilitation, vendor coordination, and testing environment preparation.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: A Degree holder or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of IT working experience in system implementation, ITSM, or application development/support.

  • Core Knowledge: A basic understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts, alongside familiarity with enterprise IT systems.

  • Preferred Certifications: Holders of the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITIL Foundation certifications are highly preferred. Additional CMDB or IT Asset Management certifications are advantageous.

  • Technical Advantage: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine, form design, JavaScript, Glide API, ACL, and Flow Designer is highly preferred. Exposure to the BMC Helix platform is also a plus.

  • Soft Skills: You must be self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, and possess good communication skills for vendor liaison and documentation preparation.
