Our client is a major corporation in Hong Kong with a large portfolio of properties and premises in Hong Kong. As an IT Project Manager on Property and Sustainability Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to property management systems. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the property management team, IT department, vendors, and business partners, to drive project success and meet the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of end-to-end project management for property IT projects, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities.
Manage and communicate project status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and communication between business users, developers, and vendor partners to ensure requirements are accurately captured, understood, and implemented.
Monitor and proactively mitigate project risks, including scope creep, resource constraints, and conflicting priorities.
Oversee the procurement process for third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.
Drive and support change management activities, including user adoption and training, to facilitate smooth implementation and transition to new systems.
Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, processes, and documentation standards.
Continuously identify areas for improvement in project management processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with a focus on property management or real estate systems.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects within budget, timeline, and quality parameters.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
