IT Product Owner Manager - Multinational Enterprises

We are seeking a seasoned IT Product Owner Manager to partner with business stakeholders and lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology products across corporate, manufacturing, supply chain, and AI domains.

This role combines strategic roadmap ownership, solution design, user experience oversight, and agile delivery to ensure our products deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap and strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and stakeholder priorities.

• Collaborate with business leaders and subject-matter experts to elicit, document, and validate user requirements.

• Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and UX/UI mockups.

• Lead solution design sessions with architects, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure feasibility and scalability.

• Act as product owner in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and team collaboration.

• Monitor product performance through metrics and user feedback, and iterate to optimize value and adoption.

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or consulting roles.

• Proven track record leading complex IT implementations in corporate, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.

• Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Demonstrable expertise in UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Consulting background with experience in client engagement, workshop facilitation, and strategic advisory.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language is highly desirable.

• Ability to navigate and influence across multiple organizational levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a customer-centric mindset and excellent negotiation abilities.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a bias for action and results.

• A candidate with less experience would be considered for a non-managerial role.
