Our client from the financial service industry is looking for an IT Procurement Officer to support the procurement operations in APAC.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for technology and related professional services across the APAC region.
Manage the full procurement lifecycle from request to contract execution, including bid analysis, negotiation, and vendor selection, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Act as the primary procurement point of contact, dealing with general procurement enquiries from internal business units and IT teams throughout.
Work with legal and business owners to draft, review, and finalize agreements, ensuring favourable terms and risk mitigation.
Expertly utilize corporate P2P (Procure-to-Pay) systems, such as SAP or Coupa, for creating purchase orders, managing supplier records, and processing invoices.
Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and stored according to audit requirements. Utilize eSignature systems, such as DocuSign, to efficiently manage contract execution.
Stay abreast of market trends, supplier performance, and technological advancements relevant to IT and Professional Services procurement.

Requirements
Proven professional experience in a procurement or sourcing role, with an excellent understanding of IT and Professional Services procurement. Experience supporting the financial services sector is preferred.
Demonstrated practical use of corporate P2P systems, such as SAP or Coupa.
Great communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.
