IT Procurement Manager- Leading Brokerage Firm - J12208

Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager of IT Procurement to join their global technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing and procurement lifecycle for a wide range of IT categories. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator with a strong understanding of technology and a proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFx processes and contract negotiations for IT categories.

• Develop business cases and present financial analysis to senior management.

• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and performance reassessments.

• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and smooth project execution.

• Prepare and present procurement analytics and vendor spend reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. A professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.

• 5-8 years of technology procurement and vendor management experience.

• Proven experience in RFx management, contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project management.

• Strong knowledge of IT categories (hardware, software, telecom, services).

• Understanding of financial regulations, contract law, and accounting principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
