Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced Tech PMO to take on a key role within the IT COO office. The person will be responsible for strategic program delivery, project governance, and acting as a primary liaison between global IT leadership and corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
Govern all IT projects in accordance with established PMO guidelines and policies.
Manage and deliver strategic, enterprise-level programs from initiation to closure.
Act as the primary liaison with headquarters, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of IT strategies.
Prepare and present regular project status reports for department heads and senior management.
Review and update PMO guidelines and policies as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
Approximately 10 years of relevant PMO experience in financial services (e.g., Investment Banking, Brokerage) or technology firms.
Strong understanding of the PMO function and the value it brings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, reconciling large datasets, and basic analytics) is required.
Experience with project management tools, budgeting, working with vendors, and offshore teams is a plus.
Knowledge of investment banking front/back-office flows and project management tools is a plus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
